Do I need to have done prior work with Sarah to apply?

No. The Deep Alignment Session is open to any woman who is ready for this kind of focused work, whether or not she has completed the Identity Reset workbook, the challenge, or any prior programme. Many women arrive having done years of personal development elsewhere. What matters is readiness — not prior exposure to Sarah's work. The intake form gives her everything she needs to prepare specifically for you.

What makes this different from a regular coaching coal?

Three things. First, Sarah reviews your intake in full before you speak — you arrive already known, not explaining yourself from scratch. Second, this session ends with a written deliverable: your Alignment Map. Most coaching calls end with notes and intentions; this one ends with a document. Third, the session is built for depth, not breadth we go into the specific tension you are carrying, not general ground. Spots are capped at four per month because the level of preparation required cannot be scaled without compromising it.

Question Three

Sarah is a woman of faith and that shapes how she works — the language she uses, the depth she believes is possible, and the framework she brings. Women of faith will find that natural and grounding. Women who do not share her faith are warmly welcome. The work stands on its own. Sarah will always follow your lead on the spiritual dimension of the conversation.
